# Manage Your Profile

> Update your FormHug profile, change your email or password, manage notification preferences, and review your account activity log.

The Profile page is where you manage your account, notifications, and activity history.

## Account Settings

Manage your profile and login info:

| Setting         | Description                     |
| --------------- | ------------------------------- |
| Avatar          | Your profile picture            |
| Name            | Display name                    |
| Email           | Account email                   |
| Sign-in Methods | Password, social login          |
| Delete Account  | Permanently remove your account |

## Notifications

Control email notifications:

| Notification    | Description                     |
| --------------- | ------------------------------- |
| Daily Summary   | Daily digest of new submissions |
| New Submissions | Alerts for selected forms       |
| Product Updates | News about new features         |

## Activity Log

View your activity history:

* Form actions (create, edit, delete)
* Login records
* Security events

This helps with transparency and security auditing.
