# Team Collaboration

> Invite team members to collaborate on forms, assign roles to control permissions, and manage access from a single place.

## Collaboration Features

## Adding Collaborators

    Go to the form you want to share

    Click **Settings** → **Collaborators**

    Generate an invite link and share it with your team member
  </Step>

## Roles

| Role                | Can Do                      |
| ------------------- | --------------------------- |
| **Form Admin**      | Everything                  |
| **Data Maintainer** | View and manage submissions |
| **Data Viewer**     | View submissions only       |

## Workspaces

For larger teams, use workspaces to:

* Organize forms by project or department
* Set default branding
* Manage team members centrally
