A creativity assessment is a structured diagnostic that measures distinct dimensions of creative thinking — typically fluency (volume of ideas), flexibility (variety of approaches), originality (novelty), and elaboration (depth of development). Results are mapped to a profile or radar chart so respondents and facilitators can immediately identify where creative strength lies and where to focus development.

Use a creative thinking assessment before a course, workshop, or project kicks off — not after. Pre-program, results let educators group participants by cognitive style; pre-project, they help teams deliberately assign roles based on divergent versus convergent thinking strengths. Sixteen to twenty-four questions is the reliable range for a multi-dimensional creativity test.
