Manage your FormHug subscription, payment methods, and invoices. To compare plan levels before changing your subscription, check the public pricing page.

Subscription Management

Access billing from Settings → Plan. What you can do:
  • View current plan and usage
  • Upgrade or downgrade plans
  • Cancel subscription

Payment Methods

We accept:
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
Add or update payment methods in your billing settings.

Invoices

Download invoices for your records:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Invoices
  3. Download PDF for any billing period

Billing Cycle

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually
  • Annual plans include a discount
  • Changes take effect immediately

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime:
  1. Go to Settings → Plan
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Access continues until the end of your billing period
