Notion lets you embed FormHug forms directly in any page. Visitors fill out the form in place — useful for internal intake forms, team wikis, and public-facing Notion sites. For public-facing pages, use contact form templates, lead generation templates, or feedback forms designed for your audience.Documentation Index
